WELCOME 

A little bit about us

We are a pretty low key organization (except maybe for our uniforms and how we play).  We believe in working with our players to build skill and lacrosse I.Q..  Our coaches are well trained, smart, former players and in most cases current coaches in the high school and college game.  We want to win, but not at the expense of our players.  We believe that is our mission to help them grow as players and as young men.  Wedo NOTguarantee playing time.  We expect our players to attend practice, there are consequences if they do not.  We expect them to give a full effort and work hard for the players on their team.  We often eliminate positions and play shorts sticks and long sticks as it forces players to play different positions - and grow.  We have a proven track record of developing great lacrosse players, and more importantly great men.  More and more our COW$ come home to check in and say "Hi".  They are great college students, and now in some cases graduates starting on the next phase of their life - this is what high school sports are all about, helping to prepare for their future.  

Our coaches work very hard for their teams.  They take their jobs very seriously and are very invested in the players and our process.  Many of them have been through it as players themselves and can relate to what their athletes are experiencing first hand, the good and the bad.  We are very lucky to have such an invested staff of not only coaches but administrators, we would not be nearly as successful without them
